The apartment house Gemse is situated on the northern periphery of the resort. Drawing its inspiration from the mountain scenery of Switzerland, the emphasis is very much on traditional architecture without abandoning modern aspects. The property is built on a solid natural stone plinth which supports the main framework clad with timber. The outside appearance of the house is reminiscent of a typical Swiss log cabin.
